Learn techniques for centering the mind, conscious breathing, stress reduction and more in a one on one meditation session. The goal of meditation is to reduce mind chatter. Meditation can bring clarity of mind, and help reduce fear based thoughts, and feelings of anxiety and worry. It also helps to increase activity in the part of the brain that is associated with happiness, compassion, joy and curiosity. Regular practice of meditation helps to reduce stress levels by withdrawing our attention from negative thought patterns that we have created over time.
